Bonnie Bowden began her career in mortgage lending in 1994.   She worked for Robson Communities for 17 plus years, handling all aspects of retirement lending and new construction.  Bonnie was also the primary lender for Scott Home Communities where she became well versed with FHA, VA, USDA and first- time homebuyer programs.

She is a real “people person” and still loves to meet with her clients to make sure they understand all the options available to them and to guide them to the closing of their new home.  She keeps in contact with many of her clients who have become friends throughout the years.

Born and raised in Ruidoso, NM she loves all food chili related!  Bonnie is married to her great husband, Craig and they have 4 fantastic kiddos ~ Lindsay, Jordan, Cadyn and Trenten.  She enjoys Bikram Yoga, 5k’s, walking their German Shepherd puppy, Olive and reading books/magazines
